Professional Knife Training Organized for Culinary Program Students

A "Professional Knife Training" event was organized for the students of the Culinary Program of the Burdur Food Agriculture and Livestock Vocational School Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department by Pirge Knife Academy Corporate Training Specialist Fırat ERBİL on 04.04.2024. The event was attended by the School Director Prof. Dr. Şenol GÜZEL, the Teaching Staff of the Culinary Program Lect. Muhammed HAYKIR, Lect. Mustafa GÖRÜCÜLER, and Lect. Yunus BAYGÜL, along with the students. During the event, students who succeeded in the knowledge competition were awarded a "Chef's Knife" by Pirge Knife. The program concluded with the presentation of a Certificate of Appreciation and Safahat.
